About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Lead to join our Impact Practice team. As the Associate Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful design and evaluation of CSR projects for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project teams, and lead the development and execution of high-quality impact assessments. Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects across various thematic areas (e.g., livelihoods, education, health, environment).
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop impactful CSR strategies aligned with their business goals and societal priorities.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs.
• Impact Assessment: Design and implement robust impact assessments using quantitative and qualitative methods, ensuring data-driven decision making.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive project reports, presentations, and client deliverables, effectively communicating results and recommendations.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in CSR, sustainability, and social impact measurement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting and/or social work, with a strong track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing CSR projects across various thematic areas.
• Deep understanding of impact assessment methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree from a premium sectoral B-school (e.g., IIMs, XLRI, SPJIMR).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with the SDGs and ESG frameworks.
• Knowledge of CSR regulations and policies in India.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and community mobilization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R).

• CTC Range: INR 14.00L-18.60L (depending on the relevant experience)
