Job Position: Associate Manager - CSR and Climate Projects

Locations: Ahmedabad

No. of Position: 1

CTC: ₹8.40 LPA - ₹10.20 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

BharatCares is seeking an Associate Manager for CSR and Climate Projects to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling climate resilience-building projects and will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability and CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Project Management:

• Lead and manage climate resilience building projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

2.      CSR Initiatives:

• Design and execute CSR programs focused on climate sustainability.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including NGOs, community groups, and corporate partners, to enhance the impact of CSR activities.

3.      Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and donors.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events to promote project objectives and outcomes.

4.      Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research on climate resilience and sustainability trends.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of projects and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

5.      Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on project activities, outcomes, and financials.

Qualifications and Skills:

1.      Educational Background:

• Master’s degree in Science, Sustainability, or related areas.

2.      Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing climate resilience building projects.

3.      Skills:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Open for extensive field work
• Good with writing reports and documents
• Clear and systematic thinking that demonstrates good judgement, expert problem-solving, and creativity
• Proven operational and management capabilities
• Excellent project management skills
• Pro-active and self-initiator
