Position Overview:

The Associate Manager – Impact Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organization’s communication strategies. This individual will be responsible for ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across internal and external channels. The role requires a dynamic communicator who can effectively manage media relations, develop content, and execute campaigns that enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication Planning:

Develop and execute communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Content Development:

Create and manage impactful content across various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and internal communication.

Media Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure effective media coverage.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute communication campaigns to promote initiatives, events, or key messages.

Internal Communications:

Support internal teams by delivering clear and effective messaging to employees and stakeholders.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of communication strategies and provide regular reports on their effectiveness.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of media monitoring tools and data analytics is a plus.
