Position: Master Trainer
Location: North Goa (with travel across Bicholim, Tiswadi, and Bardez blocks)
Duration: January – March 2025

About Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Master Trainer to join our Influenza Vaccination Sensitization Program. In this role, you will be at the forefront of empowering healthcare workers and sensitizing high-risk groups, including pregnant women and individuals with chronic health conditions, to ensure effective vaccination coverage across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct impactful training sessions for healthcare workers on influenza vaccination protocols.
• Lead sensitization initiatives for vulnerable groups, promoting awareness about the importance of vaccination.
• Engage in community outreach through vaccination information booths and targeted awareness campaigns.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all training activities and submit timely reports to stakeholders.
• Travel extensively within designated blocks to ensure seamless program implementation and outreach.

Eligibility:

• Degree/Diploma in Medicine, Nursing, or Public Health.
• 1-2 years of experience in health training or public health initiatives.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in Konkani preferred.
• A strong willingness to travel across the designated blocks to ensure program success.

Renumeration:

₹15,000/month + TA for the first two months

₹30,000 + TA in the final month to recognise efforts during the program's critical concluding phase

Certification upon completion of the program
