Position Overview:
CSRBOX is seeking a a dynamic and resourceful Associate Manager – CSR to support and drive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in collaboration with the District Magistrate’s office (DM office) in Mehsana. The Associate Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR programs aligned with the company’s goals and the district's social development priorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, an understanding of the CSR landscape, and the ability to work effectively with government authorities and community stakeholders.
The Role and Responsibilities:
1.CSR Program Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage CSR initiatives in collaboration with the DM office to address local community needs and socio-economic development.
- Coordinate with local government agencies, NGOs, and other partners to implement impactful social programs (e.g., education, health, environment, rural development).
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of CSR projects, ensuring that they align with the company’s CSR strategy and goals.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for various CSR initiatives.
- Support in the design and roll-out of new CSR programs, ensuring they are in line with both organizational priorities and local development needs.
- Ensure compliance with CSR laws and regulations, including annual reporting to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
2.Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with district authorities, local community leaders, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CSR-related queries and issues for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct CSR awareness programs and workshops within the community to drive engagement and participation.
3.Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of CSR projects.
- Document project outcomes, learnings, and best practices to contribute to future CSR strategy development.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including the DM office and other local authorities.
4.Impact Assessment & Monitoring:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSR projects to measure their impact and effectiveness.
- Conduct site visits and field assessments to evaluate the outcomes of CSR initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and sustainability of CSR programs.
5.Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Collaborate closely with the internal CSR team, senior management, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of CSR projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior CSR team members or interns, if applicable.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (compulsory) in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related fields. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in startups, NGOs, or any organization involved in social responsibility or development initiatives is highly desirable.
- Exposure to working with government bodies, local authorities, or community-based projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of social initiatives.
- Understanding of CSR guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with government agencies, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and ability to assess project impact and effectiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Gujarati Language is mandatory (Spoken & Written)
