Job Position: Associate Manager – FutureTech Program

Locations: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi

No. of Position: 4

CTC: ₹8.40 LPA - ₹11.40 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Associate Lead – FutureTech Program to head the design, execution, and scale-up of our FutureTech vertical. This role blends strategy, innovation, and operations to drive cutting-edge skilling interventions in AI and other digital technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background, team leadership skills, and a passion for democratizing tech education.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design & Implementation

• Coordinate with the central team to implement AI, Cybersecurity, and Full Stack education programs across higher education institutes.
• Support the design and rollout of faculty development programs (FDPs), student bootcamps, and project-based learning activities.
• Work closely with colleges to integrate FutureTech modules into existing academic structures.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Facilitate classroom, hybrid, and virtual sessions using a mix of hands-on labs, assignments, and industry case studies.
• Engage with students and faculty to conduct doubt-clearing sessions, hackathons, ideathons, and mentoring meetups.
• Train institutional trainers/mentors to enable sustainability post-program deployment.

Academic & Industry Engagement

• Act as a single point of contact for program delivery with academic institutions, managing all communications, scheduling, and logistics.
• Build connections with industry experts, guest faculty, and tech mentors to enrich program content and exposure.
• Represent CSRBOX in institutional events, exhibitions, or symposiums.

Project Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and external consultants to ensure smooth delivery of programs across multiple sites.
• Maintain trackers for program progress, participant attendance, and training milestones.
• Handle administrative aspects such as scheduling, documentation, reporting, and budget adherence.

Monitoring, Reporting & Quality Control

• Develop and maintain robust systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting on program impact.
• Use feedback from students, faculty, and other stakeholders to enhance program quality.
• Ensure alignment with national frameworks (e.g., NSQF, NEP 2020) and internal impact standards.

Content Development & Resource Curation

• Co-create contextual learning resources, PowerPoint decks, toolkits, and digital content.
• Curate relevant industry projects, open-source case studies, and frameworks for practical exposure.
• Stay abreast of the latest in AI, coding, cybersecurity tools, EdTech platforms, and learning pedagogy.

On-Ground Support & Travel

• Travel across different project locations for program monitoring, on-site facilitation, partner meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure effective onboarding and capacity building at the institutional level for long-term program adoption.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical domains.
  

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in tech skilling, EdTech, CSR skilling projects, or academic operations.
• Experience in working with higher education institutions or technical skilling programs is essential.

Technical/Functional Skills

• Working knowledge of Python, Web Development frameworks, AI/ML tools, Cybersecurity basics.
• Strong project management and documentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite).
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder programs and deliver within tight timelines.

Behavioral Attributes

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and multitasking across geographies.
