About the Organization
IIMN Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development is the business incubator of IIM Nagpur. InFED works with significant players at the local, state, federal, and international levels to build an ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs and related parties. It serves as a link between aspiring business owners, academics, research organisations, companies, investors, and the government.

Job Description
The Associate – Centre Coordinator, IBFC Gondia – Programs & Partnerships will support the operationalization and growth of the Incubation-cum-Business Facilitation Centre (IBFC) at the district level.
The role will focus on planning and executing entrepreneurship development programs, building partnerships, mobilizing entrepreneurs and enterprises, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and facilitating access to relevant government schemes, financial institutions, markets, mentors, and ecosystem resources.
The Associate will serve as an important coordination point between InFED, District Administration, academic and technical institutions, industry, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, startups, MSMEs, SHGs, FPOs, and other local ecosystem stakeholders.
The position requires strong field orientation, stakeholder management, communication, program execution, networking, and reporting capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Entrepreneurship & Program Facilitation
- Identify and mobilize startups, MSMEs, SHGs, FPOs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and local enterprises for IBFC programs.
- Support onboarding of entrepreneurs and beneficiaries into relevant incubation and business facilitation initiatives.
- Conduct entrepreneurship awareness programs, workshops, bootcamps, training sessions, and capacity-building activities.
- Support entrepreneurs with business planning, digital enablement, compliance awareness, financial literacy, and access to relevant support services.
- Promote entrepreneurship as a career option among youth through outreach to colleges, universities, ITIs, technical institutions, and community organizations.
- Organize buyer-seller meets, product showcases, exhibitions, trade events, and market-linkage activities.
Programs & Partnerships
- Identify and develop partnerships with government departments, academic institutions, industry associations, corporates, banks, NBFCs, NGOs, CSR organizations, and development agencies.
- Build and maintain a district-level ecosystem partnership network.
- Support development of joint programs with academic, industry, government, and development partners.
- Coordinate MoUs, partnership initiatives, workshops, outreach programs, and collaborative activities.
- Identify opportunities for CSR, sponsorship, grants, technical support, and other resources for IBFC programs.
- Maintain a structured database of active and prospective partners.
District-Level Outreach & Mobilization
- Develop and implement outreach plans for entrepreneurs and enterprise beneficiaries across Gondia district.
- Conduct field visits and stakeholder meetings to understand local entrepreneurial and business- development needs.
- Coordinate with colleges, technical institutions, government offices, industry bodies, and community organizations for outreach.
- Mobilize participation for IBFC programs and initiatives.
- Document local enterprise challenges, opportunities, success stories, and ecosystem requirements.
Program Implementation & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly activity plans aligned with IBFC and InFED objectives.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of assigned programs and events.
- Maintain databases of entrepreneurs, enterprises, participants, mentors, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Track program participation, enterprise support, partnerships, market linkages, training, and other KPIs.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, dashboards, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Document success stories, case studies, best practices, and impact generated through IBFC initiatives.
Monitoring, Data & Policy Feedback
- Maintain real-time and accurate district-level data on entrepreneurs, enterprises, programs, beneficiaries, and partnerships.
- Monitor trends in entrepreneurship, employment, enterprise development, and market access.
- Collect field-level feedback on challenges faced by entrepreneurs and enterprises.
- Provide evidence-based inputs and recommendations to InFED for strengthening district-level programs.
- Ensure high standards of transparency, documentation, data accuracy, and reporting discipline.
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management
- Coordinate with District Administration and relevant government departments for convergence of entrepreneurship and enterprise-development initiatives.
- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, industry associations, academic institutions, mentors, experts, and ecosystem partners.
- Support convergence with relevant government and development programs such as Startup India, MSME schemes, ODOP, MSRLM, MAVIM, NRLM, and other applicable initiatives.
- Coordinate joint events, workshops, awareness drives, and stakeholder meetings.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders to create a sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem in the district.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Graduate degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Commerce, Rural Development, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in program management, entrepreneurship development, business facilitation, partnerships, community development, incubation, MSME development, or a related field.
Desirable:
- Experience working with government departments, development organizations, incubators, academic institutions, NGOs, CSR programs, or industry associations will be preferred.
- Understanding of startup/MSME ecosystems and entrepreneurship development programs.
- Familiarity with government schemes, financial facilitation mechanisms, market linkages, and enterprise development.
- Experience in field-level stakeholder engagement and community outreach.
- Proficiency in report writing, data management, presentations, MS Office/Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of the local entrepreneurial and institutional ecosystem of Gondia will be an advantage.
