The Foundation, has institutes that are located in districts of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Telangana 

The focus of this role will be:

• Facilitate learning for children from diverse backgrounds, interests and abilities through participative classroom processes
• Encourage active discovery and independent learning
• Develop curriculum and content based on the context of the children
• Develop curricular plan and achieve curricular objectives for each child
• Engage with community and parents to ensure their participation in school processes

Eligibility:

• For Pre-Primary: Graduation along with NTT/Montessori or equivalent teacher training course.
• For Primary: Graduation along with D.Ed/D.El.Ed./B.Ed
• For Upper Primary teachers: Graduation in the relevant subject along with B.Ed. is required
• For Secondary and Higher Secondary teachers: Master's degree in a relevant subject along with B.Ed
• Proficiency in English coupled with local language Hindi/Kannada
• A minimum of two years' teaching experience

Eligibility Criteria

• For Pre-Primary, Graduation along with NTT or an equivalent teacher training course is required.
• For Primary, Graduation in any subject along with D.Ed. or B.Ed. is required
• At least 2 years of teaching experience is required. The candidate must have the ability to teach in English, and knowledge of Hindi is a mandatory.
