Delivering quality training to Graduate candidates in English, Soft skills and Computers • Screening and enrolling the candidates in the training program • Prepare and execute lesson plans • Practicing Life Skills along with the candidates • Counselling the candidates • Support the team in Mobilization • Coordinate and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders • Periodical assessment and reporting • Ensuring and monitoring the progress in the candidates • Assistance in placement • Accompanying the candidates for placements
