Role:•To plan and support implementation of “Scaling teacher-led life skills Education Program” which will impact approximately 07 lakh adolescents studying in Tribal residential and non-residential school in more than 89 blocks of MP.•Implementing the project in the block in coordination and direction from Program Manager, Impact and Finance team.•Building partnership and work in close collaboration with Government departments such as Department of School Education, SCERT and other stakeholders•Ensuring for delivery of training to all relevant stakeholders such as teachers, HM, Master Trainers etc.•Minuting meetings with Government Departments and record keeping for internal and external purposes•Writing and submitting reports – narrative and financial working closely with Program Manager•Regular review and monitoring of progress and financial situation•Managing, planning of budget implementation in block level•Accountable for delivery, outreach and quality of program at block level.Specific Responsibilities:Mapping the Territory•Responsible for mapping the territory of the block/clusters and the communities and schools•Responsible for collaborating with the Area Team to establish Area guidelines and proceduresManaging Partnerships:•Liaison with Government departments, Local entities, communities, schools, government institutions / authoritiesTraining•Plan capacity building programs / trainings for Master Trainers, teachers and CYLs•Organize their training schedules immediately after joining in coordination with Program Manager and Training TeamProgram Management•Preparing monthly, quarterly/ Annual Action Plan•Follow ups on schedule / updates and checks on progress and performance of the project•Training and hand handholding of Community Youth Leaders for effective implementation of community engagement activities•Reporting to Project Manager and Ops team and other functions as suggested.Monitoring and Evaluation•Records / Report Writing and data management•Tracking and reviewing of the project•Feedback and ReviewBudget & Financial Management•Handle budget related issues•Handle all accounts and finance matters from the program end•Reporting expensesReporting to: Program Manager

Location: KUSMI and HARRAI

Salary maximum upto 34000 basis last drawn. Travel and mobile over and above.
