Role Aims:

• To conceptualise and help systematic creative documentation of our work that highlights community voice and impact of the interventions. This would include:        
  • Engaging with the implementation partners & employees of Transform Trade and assisting them in developing best practices, powerful stories, learning documents, case studies, process documents etc.
  • Helping program and portfolio team to create ICT resources for the benefit of program participants and/or for wider dissemination. 
  • Assist in creating and managing visual content and other communication materials.
  • Strengthen brand communication, brand visibility & brand positioning of Equifarm brand
• To enhance visibility of Transform Trade India work across all social media platforms and other mediums. This would include:  
  • To create and follow a monthly calendar of posts to be promoted on social media channels and other platforms.
  • To regularly update website content with texts, photos and other interesting resources  
• To carry out other duties, which may or may not be related to the job, as reasonably requested by management.

Person Specifications:

You will be:

A passionate professional with creative mind and an excellent listening and writing skills He/she should have relevant experience in documentation and engaging with social media platforms for an organization, especially a not for profit/NGO/section 8 Company.   

You will have:

• Strong communication and design background with demonstrated experience of working in similar profile for minimum of 2-3 years
• Ability to discuss with communities at ease, listen their voices and help in amplifying the same through innovative and creative expressions in form of posts, documents, reports, cases etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work & coordinate with different teams and external stakeholders/agencies/consultants
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel to remote locations.

You may have:

• A graduate (or recognized equivalent) qualification in journalism, communication, visual art, design or similar relevant discipline
• Experience in working with national/international NGOs, private limited companies or technical bodies
• Familiarity with social media platform, content and knowledge management.
