Community Mobilizer

Program: Skill Development Program  

Job Title: Community Mobilizer 

Location: Ninaidevi- Maharashtra 

Monthly professional fee: 15 K to 20 K 

Required qualification, skills and experience:  

• Professional qualification MSW or Graduate/post graduate in related fields 
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in rural development sector or working with NGOs in various development schemes, preferably skills  development program. 
• Language Proficient: Hindi, English and local language  
• The Candidates already working as Community Mobilizer in Skills program are preferred. 

Role:  

• Lead youth mobilization for ensuring enrolment in skill development training program  
• Develop mechanism for generating leads through promotional activities like road shows, community talks, village meeting with youths  etc. for motivating prospective students in nearby areas/villages in district and adjacent areas.  
• Develop relationships with Panchayat officials, youth clubs for spearing awareness about skill development program. 
• Perform weekly mobilization programs as per calendar and maintain database of the prospective youths in the area.
• Ensure eligibility criterion is adhered during selection of candidates across regions and trades. 
• Any other work as and when assigned by the reporting manager.
