About the Organization

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade is a public business school headquartered in New Delhi, Delhi, India. It has been proposed to be declared as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India. Established in 1963, it functions under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Government of India.

Job Description

The Institute intends to engage an experienced Engineer (On Contract) from Central Government/ State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies of the Central/ State Government.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• B.Tech/ M.Tech in either Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years working experience at pay level of L-10 in Engineering field (PB-3 + 5400 G.P.) or above of working in CPWD/ State PWD/ MES or similar organized services/ semi-Govt. / PSU/ Statutory or Autonomous Organisation/ Universities/ reputed Institute or organisations under Central/ State Government.
•  Prior experience of handling/ managing at least one project costing Rs 100 crore or more.

 Desirable:

• Proven track record of handling/managing projects work in reputed organisations of relevant magnitude and qualities.
• Experience of working in civil engineering, designing and estimation, construction management etc., as relevant to the profession.
• Proficiency in the use of a variety of computer office applications, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point or equivalent is must.
