Job Description

To conduct cutting-edge market research aimed at mapping key stakeholders, pinpointing high e-waste generation areas, analysing the e-waste value chain, and delivering strategic recommendations to enhance circular economy practices. The goal is to strengthen value chain connections, promote sustainable e-waste management practices, and drive impactful interventions in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities

The following outputs will be expected from the consultant:

• Inception Report: Detailed methodology, research plan, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Mapping Report: Comprehensive analysis and visual map.
• Geographical Hotspot Report: Data-backed e-waste hotspot identification.
• Value Chain Report: Diagnostics of the e-waste flow, challenges, and opportunities.
• Behavioural Insights Report: Findings from surveys, FGDs, and interviews.
• Policy Landscape Report: Assessment of regulatory gaps and recommendations.
• Final Research Report & Presentation: A consolidated report with all findings, recommendations, and a strategic roadmap.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Experience required:

• Experience & Expertise: Proven track record in conducting market research. Preference will be given for those with an experience on e-waste, sustainability, or circular economy.
• Research Methodology: A well-defined and innovative approach to stakeholder mapping, value chain analysis, and behavioural research.
• Team Qualifications: Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and policy review.
• Project Experience: Experience working with government bodies, NGOs, or sustainability initiatives.
• Cost & Feasibility: Competitive pricing aligned with project deliverables and timelines.
