Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Human Resource Coordinator to manage end to end operational workflows across the employee lifecycle. The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining high data integrity, handling documentation, managing consultancy engagements, and processing invoices with high precision.
Job Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Contracts: Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and exit documentation independently with fast turnaround times and zero compliance errors.
- Data Management & Analytics: Maintain, update, and audit the HR Information System (HRIS) and employee databases; generate weekly and monthly operational reports using intermediate-to-advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation).
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires (updating records, creating login IDs, completing required documentation) and manage exit clearance workflows (full-and-final settlement data, clearance forms).
- HRMS management & payroll support: Keep the HRMS continuously updated with accurate employee information, attendance logs, leave records, and operational invoices.
- Employee Queries & Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily HR operations, consultancy engagement, and independently resolve ticketing requests related to HRMS.
Profile Requisites:
- Graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration preferred
- Proven experience in an HR Operations role with a strong focus on data management and administrative processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (expert knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in HR documentation, and thorough document verification
- Prior experience in vendor and consultancy management, invoice validation, and basic finance coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a methodical approach to task execution
- Ability to handle sensitive employee data with utmost confidentiality and working with minimal supervision
Remuneration:
