Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

Job Summary:

NHA has initiated “100 microsites” project under the aegis of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) to accelerate the adoption of ABDM building blocks amongst private healthcare players. PF would be in the role of Development Partner / Interfacing agency in few states for this project.

A “Data analyst” in the project would build the dashboards with reliable verified data that would form the core of monitoring efforts. State ABDM office and NHA would be updated on regular progress of project with the help of this.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Data collection & verification

  1. Work closely with the state team in developing and maintaining complete database of the project activities in the area of microsites.
  2. Coordinate timely collection, collation, compilation, upkeep and dissemination of data pertaining to assigned projects.
  3. Support respective state team in verifying accuracy of the data.

Capacity building & Data analysis

  1. Conduct/ support trainings of the field team of the program facilities as needed.
  2. Develop and maintain database for capturing the programmatic data and maintenance of queries and programs for analysis and related reports
  3. Support supervisor in analysis of data, and generating relevant graphs and information

Data visualization, support in decision making

  1. Develop relevant dashboards for data visualization purposes.
  2. Work on data visualization needs as may be required by NHA/ ABDM office

Support functions in other miscellaneous assignments

  1. Ensure regular knowledge management of all program documents, including photos, documents, videos, reports, presentations, concept notes, government letters, event reports, IEC materials, etc.
  2. Maintain trackers and repository of all local level procurements, consultants, program inventories, important communication

Desirable Qualification & Experience

  1. 3+ years working experience development sector
  2. BE/ B-Tech. or MCA or MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ or Masters in Public Health from recognized institute
  3. Proficient in MS Office suite
  4. Immediate joiner is desirable
  5. Experience in a similar role in public/development sector/ INGOs is highly desirable. Preference will be given to persons having experience of working in Health sector

  1. Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a multicultural team
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Ability to produce documents and coordinate activities independently
  4. Excellent organizational skills required
  5. Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
  6. Demonstrated skills on communication and knowledge management
  7. Proficiency in computer skills particularly MS Office (including ability to type in Hindi/English)
  8. Proficiency in data management packages like MS Access & Advance Excel etc.
  9. Willingness and flexibility to work on a wide range of tasks and travel up to 20% of time.
