About the Organization

The World Bank is like a cooperative, made up of 189 member countries. These member countries, or shareholders, are represented by a Board of Governors, who are the ultimate policymakers at the World Bank. Generally, the governors are member countries' ministers of finance or ministers of development. They meet once a year at the Annual Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund.

Job Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and synthesize information, interpret data, retrieve information from SAP or similar integrated systems, and clearly and concisely prepare results for ongoing monthly monitoring and analytical reports to the Team
• Leader and the various World Bank HQ Clients.
• Identify areas for automation within Excel and SAP.
• Design and implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks in Excel and SAP.
• Develop a tool to capture all volumes and TAT data.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their automation needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure automation solutions are compatible with existing systems.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Monitor and analyze automation performance and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies and tools.
• Extract data from SAP, Bex Queries
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience on Automation Intelligence (AI) products.
• Knowledge of SQL, VBA, MS-Access, Power BI, SAP, and RPA is desirable.
• Experience with the extraction of SAP data using the SAP Script method
• Ability to gather, organize, and present complex data in a user-friendly and appropriate format (using MS Excel and MS Access.) Experience in writing macro will be an advantage.
• Good conceptual knowledge and experience in other BI tools will be preferred.
• Analytical ability necessary to measure and forecast trends.
• Relevant experience in financial accounting.
• Strong client focus and customer service/interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skills with expertise in Excel and SAP automation tools
• Proven track record of successful automation projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
