Calling all passionate and driven individuals! ScholarsBox, a leading scholarship management and application platform powered by CSR initiatives, is seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to join our dynamic team.

About ScholarsBox:

ScholarsBox is an upcoming platform that connects students with scholarships offered by various companies and organizations through their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs. We streamline the application process for students and provide companies with an efficient platform to manage their scholarship initiatives.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ScholarsBox. As our EIR, you will have the chance to:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities: You will be instrumental in exploring and implementing innovative strategies to expand our reach and impact.
• Work closely with our team: Collaborate with our team members across various functions to ensure the smooth operation and growth of ScholarsBox.
• Contribute to product development: Provide valuable insights and contribute to the development and improvement of our platform.
• Gain invaluable experience: This role offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the world of social impact startups and entrepreneurship.

Scope of Work

• Conduct market research and identify potential growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement new business development strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including companies, foundations, and educational institutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the ScholarsBox platform.
• Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualities:

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a positive impact.
• Proven experience in business development, marketing, social entrepreneurship or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A deep understanding of the education sector and/or the social impact space (a plus)
