Job Position: Field Associate- CSR

Locations: Lucknow

No. of Position: 3

CTC: ₹2.40 LPA - ₹3.84 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

BharatCares is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Associate to join our team. The Field Associate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and managing of project activities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data management, coordination, and on-site project monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  Project Planning and Management:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities.
• Work closely with project managers and team members to understand project goals and timelines.

  Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Schedule and conduct regular meetings to track project progress and address any issues.

  Data Management:

• Keep track of data related to training sessions and manage the trainers from the college.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information.

  Site Visits and Monitoring:

• Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Address any issues that arise on-site and report them to project managers.

  Data Collection and Analysis:

• Collect and analyze data related to project performance, including timelines, costs, and resource utilization.
• Prepare reports based on data analysis to inform project decisions.

  Issue Resolution:

• Identify and address any issues that may impact project progress or quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Qualification and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination or fieldwork is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Willingness to engage in extensive travel.
