About the Organization

National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management, known as MANAGE, formerly National Centre for Management of Agricultural Extension at Hyderabad, is an autonomous extension and agribusiness management institute located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordination with training facilitators and coordinators of Training Institutes and SAMEIT regarding financial sanctions and settlements.
• Processing of files for releasing of funds to NTIs etc.,
• Follow-up for obtaining Utilization Certificate (UC) from training institutes/ SAMETI over email and telephone.
• Verification and settlement of TA/DA/honorarium disbursement to officials
• Assisting the Director in periodic review of data based on MIS/Database.
• Liasoning and follow-up with training institutes on financial release and settlements.
• Verification of Monitoring charges sent to MANAGE by SAMETI’s.
• Assisting in auditing of financial records.
• Drafting of letters and mails for correspondence with Ministry, Partner Institutes etc.,
• Any other activities assigned by the Deputy Director (Agril.Extn.)/Principal Coordinator (DAESI), MANAGE.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• M.Com (Accounting)/ MBA (Finance)

Experience

• 5 years’ experience in Accounting in any National / International/ reputed organizations.  
• Working experience in AC&ABC, DAESI, STRY or other similar Central/State government sponsored schemes in any organization.
• Proficient in computer skills (MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.) and Accounting package.  
• Experience in MIS and Database Management independently.
