Qualification

  • MBA (HR) / MA (HRM)/PGDM-HR MBA Personnel Management
  • The course should be full time and recognized by the relevant body

i.e. AICTE/UGC etc.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in the field of Human Resource & Admin department including hiring, administration, enforcing company policies and practices and Training

Responsibilities

  • Routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring, pay roll, following the company priorities, policies and practices.
  • Responsible for procurement, travel, identifying and managing vendors and other admin functions including coordination with Stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement on boarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires and annual appraisals.
  • Any other task assigned by the Reporting Officer or organization from time to time.

  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Develop capacity building plan for team and organization.

Remuneration

  • Fixed Rs 55000 per month. (Subject to applicable taxes) & Health Insurance Benefits

The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed via online mode, followed by Face-to-face round in ONGC Foundation Office at Scope Minar, Delhi. Engagement shall be purely tenure based.
