HR Recruiter

• Fully committing to life of humanitarian and spiritual work, overseeing Organizations goals and objectives.
• Source candidates using a variety of sourcing methods to build a robust candidates pipeline.
• Extensive experience in end to end recruitment cycles like sourcing, evaluating and qualifying, submitting and following up on candidate deployment.
• Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description.
• Understanding of job description and its need.
• Divide the requirements to self-source and get the things done  with the Team
• Follow-up on feedbacks with the concerned Managers for the interview schedules.
• Set –up interview schedules, share them with the Managers tracking and ensuring that the interview is conducted.
• Successful delivery of the offered candidate.
• Effective tracking of the data, reflecting on the same and Management Reporting.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduation in Human Resource .

Preferred Experience: A female candidate with 2-3 years’ experience as a Recruiter. The candidate should be fluent in Kannada and Hindi apart from English

Salary Payable: 25k-28k(negotiable).
