Why Do We Want This Position Filled?

●       To enable Impact Catalysts (ICs) & Chief Impact catalyst (CIC) to provide best client service

●       To conduct backend processes & documentation required for TBL (& in cases, it’s clients)

●       To develop, set & follow documentation and record keeping practices at TBL

What Do We Expect From This Position:

The scope of the accountabilities of the role includes (but is not limited to)

1. Reporting
   1. Support CIC or IC for client deliverables wherever needed
   2. Producing reports and presentations, concept notes, mind maps etc. for clients
   3. Field visits
2. Research & Interpretation
   1. Research on CSR, Philanthropy, Fundraising, or other relevant topics
   2. Make & summarise notes of materials (best practices, org-structures, rules etc.)
   3. Identification of leads through secondary research
3. TBL Admin
   1. Record & Keep minutes of all TBL led meetings
   2. Anchoring the backend for all TBL-related events
   3. Prepare monthly service logs for clients (follow-up with respective ICs)
   4. Preparing meeting minutes, reports, memos, invoices, & other documents
   5. Keep track of TBL & Client Event calendars.
   6. Keep Track of TBL’s Social Media engagement & IC’s actionables w.r.t. the same

How Does Our Ideal Candidate Look Like?

Education & Experience

●       A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant domain

●       Deep Passion for working in social sector or for bringing change

Knowledge & Skills

●       Technical Knowledge & Skills

○       Command over MS Office & Google Suite (Especially Excel Sheets & Presentations)

○       Analytical Thinking and Logical Reasoning

○       Data Interpretation

●       Non-Technical Knowledge & Skills

○       Strong command of English & Hindi

○       Ability to execute tasks independently

○       Drive and Hunger to learn
