What Do We Expect From This Position:

The scope of the accountabilities of the role includes (but is not limited to)

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

●       Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and updates.

●       Work closely with NGO partners and implementation agencies to track progress and resolve challenges.

1. Project Delivery & Impact Measurement

●       Develop Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework with quarterly reviews.

●       Enable bwithin budget.

●       Identify innovative solutions to enhance project impact.

1. Enable Fund Utilization & Compliance

●       Ensure 100% alignment of funds with project objectives.

●       Ensure quarterly reviews of NGO partners.

●       Ensure all client-related compliance requirements are met.

1. Internal Process Improvement & Knowledge Building

●       Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in the domain of CSR & Philanthropy.

●       Develop standardised SOPs and templates for better execution.

1. New Client Support

●       Assist leadership in developing client proposals and follow-ups.

How Does Our Ideal Candidate Look Like?

Education & Experience

●       Masters in any domain with undiluted passion and understanding of the social sector

●       At least 2 years of full time professional work

●       1 - 2 years of direct client-facing experience or experience in a leadership role preferred

Knowledge & Skills

●       Deep understanding of Indian CSR laws, compliance requirements, & regulatory frameworks.

●       Experience in project evaluation, monitoring & impact assessment frameworks.

●       Ability to manage multiple clients, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder engagement.

●       Strong analytical skills to review financial reports, track project outcomes, and optimize efficiency.

●       An entrepreneurial attitude to get things done with attention to detail

●       Language proficiency : Command over English and Hindi, proficiency in Marathi preferred
