Job Description

The position will work under the guidance of PATH’s Infectious Disease - Tuberculosis team and be positioned in New Delhi preferably. “Take Charge Against TB” program for TB-free urban slums through dual activation of frontline HCWs and the vulnerable populations they serve in order to address TB healthcare seeking inequities, is being implemented across 3 cities – Delhi, Hyderabad and Pune, as a public health initiative of Johnson and Johnson in collaboration with PATH, TB Alert India, and Johnson & Johnson Foundation.

Overall learning goals and responsibilities for the Intern include but are not limited to:

• Develop a broad understanding of the National Tuberculosis Elimination programme in the public health ecosystem in India.
• Perform supportive supervision through in-person visits and virtual mentoring.
• Assist in curating slide decks under the project.
• Coordination and rapport establishment with different stakeholders.
• Ensure Program Deliverables are on track by deploying and supporting Project management processes and participating in planning discussions.
• Document activities, proceedings and key messages of meetings, webinars, seminars, etc. for onward dissemination; and follow-up on actionable items and deliverables.
• Support in data analysis for informed decision-making and secondary research

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

The Intern should possess the following skills and experience to perform their activities:

• Master’s Degree (MPH/MHA/ or similar degrees).
• Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis Skills.
• High Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver good presentations.
• Ability to work on group as well as individual assignments in hybrid and complex work environment.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong Self-Motivation.
