About Kerala Startup Mission

KSUM is the State Nodal Government Agency that support the startup ecosystem by means of building or connecting different components such as Infrastructure, Incubators and Accelerators, Industry collaboration,R&D connect and Institutional linkages, Skilled Talent creation, Funding, Government Support, International Collaborations, Scaling Existing and Establishing New Incubators/accelerators and build up a model for moving fast from ideas to IPO/Unicorns.

Area of exposure

• Support with design for the project requirement in collaboration with the KSUM    team.
• Help with coordinate with vendors to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Help with site visits as needed to oversee the implementation of designs.

Educational Qualification

• A degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture

Experience and Skills

• Basic knowledge of civil design and construction principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across Kerala, as needed to travel to     other districts based on the project requirement. Desirable Qualifications
• Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools such as Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, or similar design software

Duration

• 6 months (Extendable up to 1 year upon requirement)
