Job Description
Title of the Project: Regional Coordinator Program- National One Health Programme for Prevention and Control of Zoonotic Diseases-WII
The Laboratory Assistant (One Health) will be responsible for conducting tests, processing biological samples, and maintaining lab equipment. Responsibilities include supporting research activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and assisting in data analysis and report preparation.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Wildlife Science/ Zoology/ Ecology/ Marine Sciences / Marine Biology/ Environmental Sciences/ Geoinformatics/ Life Sciences/ Agricultural/ Forestry) from recognized institute/ University
OR
- 3 years Diploma in Engineering
Desirable Qualification(s)
- Knowledge and experience of molecular biology and microbiology would be preferred. Prior experience or knowledge of field sampling would be an added advantage.
Salary
20,000 + HRA
