Job Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with partners from private and public sector in the regions supported by GIZ in the field of TVET and Labour market.
• Initiate, manage, monitor, evaluate and report on activities in the respective field.
• Providing guidance and advice to PAM project partners on labour and vocational training goals, opportunities for apprenticeships in Germany, the visa process, and future career pathways
• Assisting project partners in India implementing project activities, offering advices, and ensuring regular follow-up.
• Creating PR/communication materials on project activities and supporting media content development.
• Organize meetings, trainings, and workshops, including the documentation.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social science, economics, management and any other related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience and relevant expertise in project management.
• Very good organizational and networking skills.
• Professional experience in the field of regular migration in labour and training and/or studying purposes and cooperating with the private sector.
• Advising, empathy, communication, cooperation and methodological skills.
• Commitment, team spirit, reliability, gender competence and intercultural understanding.
• Very good digital competencies (MS Office: MS Teams, Power Point etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Hinde and English language skills / German language skills are of benefit.
