About the Organization

Punjab State Rural Livelihood Mission (PSRLM) is a poverty alleviation project implemented by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. This scheme is focused on promoting self-employment and the organization of rural poor. The basic idea behind this program is to organize the poor into SHG (Self Help Groups) groups to start some entrepreneurial activities and make them capable for self-employment.

The core belief of Punjab State Rural Livelihood Mission (PSRLM) is that the poor have innate capabilities and a strong desire to come out of poverty. They are entrepreneurial, an essential coping mechanism to survive under conditions of poverty. The challenge is to unleash their capabilities to generate meaningful livelihoods and enable them to come out of poverty.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduation in Computer Science like BCA/MCA/BE/BTech (IT/CSE)

                                 OR

• B.Com with PGDCA

                          OR

• Post-Graduation in any stream with PGDCA
• Must qualify Typing test in Punjabi and English on computer only at a speed of 30 W.P.M.

Desirable

• At least 3 year working experience in rolling out MIS and data uploading for development projects.

Salary: 25,000/- Per month
