About the Organization

The Government of Bihar (GoB), through the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), an autonomous body under the Department of Rural Development, is spearheading the World Bank aided Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project (BRLP), locally known as JEEViKA with the objective of social & economic empowerment of the rural poor. Subsequently, the Livelihoods Restoration and Enhancement component of Bihar Kosi Flood Recovery Project (BKFRP) was also taken into the fold of JEEViKA.

Job Responsibilities

• Development of Applications for the organization.
• Providing App based solutions for different interventions as and when required.
• Liasioning with Agencies for various software/app-based solutions provided by them.
• Extensive field visit for providing handhold support to BPIU and DPCU in dealing with core issues related to DSS-MIS and Mobile Applications.
• Support the existing mobile apps and applications running in BRLPS and integration with other applications.
• Any other assignment given by SPMU from time to time.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• MCA or equivalent with minimum 5 years of Experience in Software development and Capacity Building/Training on the related tools. Preference will be given for those having experience in mobile app development.
