Position Overview:

The Manager - CRM is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing CSRBOX’s CRM strategy to optimize customer relationships and drive business growth. This role will oversee the CRM system, processes, and team to ensure efficient customer management and data-driven decision-making.

The Role and Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with CSRBOX’s overall business objectives.
  • Identify and implement CRM best practices to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

CRM System Management:

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM system (specify system, if applicable).
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the CRM system.
  • Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.

CRM Process Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize CRM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline workflows.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to enhance the customer experience.
  • Implement customer segmentation and personalization strategies.

Team Management:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing CRM team.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate comprehensive CRM reports and analytics to measure performance and identify trends.
  • Utilize data insights to inform business decisions and optimize CRM strategies.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to leverage CRM data for lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.
  • Provide CRM support for sales and marketing campaigns.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Proven experience in CRM management and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the CSR industry (preferred).
