Position Overview:

The Senior Associate for CSR and Sustainability will support the development, implementation, and management of the company's CSR and sustainability initiatives. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable practices, enhance social responsibility efforts, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Strategy Support:

• Assist in the development and execution of CSR and sustainability strategies and programs.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify sustainability trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the integration of sustainability initiatives into the company’s business strategy.

Project Management:

• Assist in planning, executing, and managing CSR and sustainability projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability programs.
• Monitor project progress, track metrics, and report on outcomes and impacts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with internal stakeholders, including employees and management, to promote CSR and sustainability awareness and participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, community organizations, and regulatory bodies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings related to CSR and sustainability.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards related to CSR and sustainability.
• Prepare and submit CSR and sustainability reports, including sustainability disclosures and non-financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of CSR and sustainability activities.

Communication and Training:

• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate employees on CSR and sustainability topics.
• Create communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and reports, to promote CSR and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate CSR and sustainability campaigns and events to raise awareness and engage stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a related field is a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing successful CSR programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of CSR initiatives.
• Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives using relevant metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CSR reporting tools.
• Creativity and innovation in developing CSR solutions.
