Pragya invites applications for the following position:

Position: Manager/Assistant Manager, NRM and Climate Change

Location: Gurgaon, India

Role:

a. Project Management: Help in the implementation of projects in the NRM domain, including Agricultural Incomes enhancement, Medicinal Plants conservation and Climate Change. Contribute on the overall annual plan and tracking achievements against the plan on fortnightly basis.

b. Thematic input: Provide technical input for the project and guide the implementing team.

c. Team Productivity: Manage and guide the team towards ensuring efficient project deliveries.

d. Documentation and interface: Be responsible for developing content for dissemination, and for all reports and communication with stakeholders.

Person Specification:

• The person will be required to be self-motivated and should ideally possess the following:
• Qualifications: Masters degree with experience in NRM sector.
• Experience: Ten years in the development sector and substantial part of it in the specific domain.
• Language: Good communication skills and strong command over English language
• Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills.
• The person should have the right to live and work in India.
