Manager – Digital Fundraising

• Grow retail fundraising by acquiring new donors and engage existing donors to grow their support and contributions
• Engage with volunteers to educate and inspire them to fundraise for the organisation.
• Manage relationships with online fundraising platforms
• Help craft compelling stories that connect Bhumi’s impact with donor passions, transforming data and program insights into engaging narratives.
• Oversee donor operations including receipts and communications

• At least five years of digital marketing, sales or fundraising experience
• Experience working with volunteers & in the development sector would be an advantage.

• Reasonable understanding of the non-profit sector, and donor management
• A strong hold on online fundraising and fundraising trends
• Proficient in using CRM software and fundraising platforms.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including donors, staff and volunteers
• Skilled at creating donor-centric, impactful stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Remuneration: 9Lpa - 16Lpa Based on the candidate’s profile
