Pratham is an innovative learning organization created to improve the quality of education in India. Established in 1995 to provide education to children in the slums of Mumbai, Pratham has grown in both scope and scale, with programs today reaching children and youth across the country.

Job Description

• Communication skills - regional, Hindi and at least basic English
• Having knowledge of basic digital including MS office
• Required extensive field work & multi task responsibility
• Knowledge of locality where he/she will be working
• Required need assessment in the community time to time
• Responsible for our tool kit exhibition and service camp activity
• Responsible for giving course awareness in the community to the youth
• Responsible for target based mobilization of every batch for every month at your center
• Responsible for making placement ready to mobilized students
• Ready to travel out state and in state for any assigned task

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Willingness to travel regularly
• Minimum Qualification: Graduation
• 1 years of experience in the field
• Own two wheeler with required documents
• Basic Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word, Internet, etc.)
• Good Communications Skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi & the Regional Language
