About the Organization

Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre, a premier Think Tank for MoHFW, is mandated to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.

Job Description

Video Editing:

• Edit and assemble raw video footage to create polished, engaging, and dynamic videos.
• Collaborate with content creators to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall visual and auditory experience.
• Ensure videos align with organization guidelines and meet high-quality standards.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate graphic elements seamlessly into video projects.
• Maintain consistency in design and branding across all materials.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in mass communication or Multimedia, or a related field.

                                   Or

• Diploma in mass communication, Video Editing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or in a related field.

 Experience:

• 1 year previous experience in video editing is must and graphic designing experience will be a plus point with essential qualification Sr. no.1
• 2 years previous experience in video editing is must and graphic designing experience will be a plus point with essential qualification Sr. no.2

Desirable:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing editing and motion graphics skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe premiere pro, After Effects etc).
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
• Coordinate with Seniors/Competent Authority with the given assigned task whenever allocated during the entire month

Salary

Rs.30,000/- per month consolidated
