Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public  healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality  healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the  last mile. 

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 

  • Coordinate, manage and monitor the quality of the output delivered by the team. 
  • Review costs and strategies. Cost optimization plans to make projects operationally and financially viable.
  • Improve processes and policies, in support of organizational goals. 
  • Plan optimum use of available human resources by planning work schedules and ensuring adherence to task and  abilities. 
  • Improving efficiency of manpower and services by generating and analyzing MIS reports. 
  • Strategize for business and service extensions and improvements. 
  • Weekly review of field services, team development and training, public relation activities and vendor management 

 

Experience required 

Post Graduate/Graduate with 5 to 10 years of experience. 

Local candidates will be given preference. 

Essential Skills: 

Good Communication Skills 

Time Management 

Travel extensively 

Decision making under emergency conditions 

Troubleshooting 

Good data management skill 

Knowledge of running MMU’s would be an addition advantage.
