Job Position: Program Associate- CSR and Healthcare

Locations: Bharuch, Gujarat

 CTC: 4 LPA – 5.5 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Associate with hands-on experience in adolescent health, health & sanitation, and medical van projects. The role will involve fieldwork, stakeholder management, documentation, team coordination, and supporting communication efforts like press releases.

Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Field Work:

  • Assist in the implementation of adolescent health, health & sanitation, and medical van projects in Bharuch and nearby areas.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure projects are executed according to plans and timelines.
  • Support the team in planning and executing community outreach and awareness programs.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with local stakeholders, including schools, health centers, community leaders, government bodies, and non-profit partners for the successful execution of projects.
  • Facilitate community engagement and build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project sustainability.

Team Coordination:

  • Manage and guide field teams for smooth project operations, ensuring they are aligned with the project goals.
  • Support team members in problem-solving and provide mentorship as needed.

Report Writing & Documentation:

  • Prepare project reports, capturing data on activities, outcomes, and challenges, and submit them to management and funders.
  • Document success stories, case studies, and beneficiary feedback for internal and external communication.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, project updates, and other communications related to the projects.
  • Work closely with the communications team to ensure the visibility of project activities and outcomes.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

  • Track project progress, monitor key indicators, and suggest improvements or modifications to ensure better outcomes.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis to assess the impact of the projects.

Capacity Building & Training:

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs related to health, hygiene, and sanitation for community members, teachers, and field staff.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships:
  • Explore partnerships with local organizations, research institutions, and other stakeholders for project support and scaling up.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to 5 years of experience in adolescent health, health & sanitation, or medical van projects.
  • Languages: Fluent in Gujarati and English (both spoken and written).
  • Skills: Strong report writing, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fieldwork: Willingness to travel extensively to field locations and work closely with rural communities.
  • Team Handling: Ability to manage small teams and ensure project alignment.
  • Experience in working with government bodies or NGOs in similar sectors.
  • Familiarity with media communications, press releases, and public relations efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
