Program Manager

We are looking for a “Program Manager ” to help and support the growth journey 

 

To work closely with the Project personnel to monitor the workplan to ensure effective implementation of the project.

Support in data management, analysis, documentation and reporting in a timely manner.

Support in developing reports and presentations on project progress and performance, as and when required and develop any other material related to project communications.

Promote formation of CBO i.e., Farmers Producer Companies, producer companies, Cluster level federations etc

Promote and strengthen community-based organisations of Women.

Strengthen Co-Operative run by the women and support  sustainable agriculture practice and agri allied sectors  livelihood, and access to market linkages.

Promote access to services and livelihood opportunities, Promote access to small and micro entrepreneurship program and developing enterprises

Setting Cooperative shops (CO-OP Shops) for Community based organisation and linking them to e-commerce platforms to ensure market access for their products.

Supervise research including baseline surveys and analysis for location like Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Goa, Assam, Tripura and other north eastern states and Assess challenges and support requirements in these locations.

Identify suitable technologies and best practices which can be replicated in the selected pilot areas to achieve quickly measurable impacts.

Support financing sources for cooperatives to enable investments in technology, etc.

Prepare a detailed project plan detailing the interventions needed to build the capacities of the target groups, including training and capacity development programmes and coordination with stakeholders

Develop a branding and promotion strategy for bringing visibility to the products of selected cooperatives and SHGs with focus on sustainably produced agricultural produce.

Prepare business development strategies for promotion and marketing of the products through physical platforms and e-commerce portals with focus on sustainably produced agricultural produce.

Any other task assigned by the supervisor in the interest of timely project implementation.

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s degree or above.

Minimum 10 years of experience with proven experience in working in multi-stakeholder projects.

Proven experience in collaborating and working in the development sector.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

High personal and professional integrity.
