About the Organization

WE Hub Foundation, registered under Section-8 of the Indian Companies Act 2013, operates under the IT E&C Department, Government of Telangana. WE Hub (Women Entrepreneurs Hub) is India's first state-led nodal agency dedicated to promoting and fostering women entrepreneurship. Through incubation, access to government resources, and the creation of a global collaborative network, WE Hub aims to enable women-led enterprises to thrive in the fast- paced start-up and business landscape.

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, strategize, plan, and manage activities for the program for successful implementation.
• Create roadmaps for future programs and organizational growth.
• Energize the team of program POCs and mentors delivering program modules.
• Evangelize and bring in ecosystem partners to catalyze the growth journey of entrepreneurs.
• Serve as the primary contact for identifying challenges and growth inhibitors for startups.
• Identify potential industry anchors, mentors and ecosystem partners to participate in strategizing and executing startup initiatives.
• Work on raising funds for the program if required.
• Achieve aspirational goals set for the vertical.
• Conduct periodic evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence of all relevant compliance policies, regulations and framework.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management Finance, Economics, or any other related business field. A Postgraduate Degree is preferrable.
• Experience of 4-5 years is required. Prior experience at an incubator or startup ecosystem is preferrable. Strong preference would also be given to former founders.
• Keen understanding of the start-up ecosystem in Hyderabad, Telangana and across India.
• An understanding of the business fundamentals to cater to the program requirements.
• Proven track record of Collaborative engagement and a knack for consistent learning.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong networking and people skills.
