Job Description
CSEP is hiring a full-time Programme Coordinator to support the operations of The Asian Collective for Health Systems (TACHS) – a collaborative platform bringing together health networks, research organisations, academics, policymakers, and multilateral agencies in South and Southeast Asia.
TACHS aims to facilitate knowledge-sharing and inform policy and governance on health systems in the region through research, engagement, and convenings. The Programme Coordinator will be pivotal in managing operations, logistics, strategic communications, and partnerships to drive TACHS initiatives. This on-site position in New Delhi offers a unique opportunity to influence regional health policy dialogues and promote collaboration among global and regional stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Research Support
- Assist with research, including drafting policy briefs, reports, and publications based on TACHS work.
Communication
- Liaise with participating organisations to facilitate ongoing communication and engagement.
- Prepare and disseminate reports, research findings, and documents to partners.
- Maintain organised records of communications, schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage and periodically update the TACHS website.
Coordination
- Coordinate communication between internal teams—administration, communications, and the health team—to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Oversee logistics for hybrid and in-person TACHS events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Plan, organise, and execute meetings, workshops, and conferences aligned with TACHS objectives.
- Set up and manage virtual meetings on platforms like Zoom, including invites, recording, transcription, and note-taking.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, communications or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in programme management, preferably in a think tank, non-profit, or public policy environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Experience with online event management tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with global health systems or international cooperation in South and Southeast Asia is desirable.
