About the Organization
The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is working towards building a healthier India. It is helping to address the limited institutional and systems capacity in India by strengthening education and training, advancing research and technology and facilitating policy and practice in the area of Public Health. PHFI is headquartered in New Delhi with national presence through its constituent units of regional Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs) and Centers of Applied Research in core public health themes. The Foundation, established in 2006 as a public private initiative, is governed by an independent board comprising of senior government officials, eminent Indian and International academic and leaders, civil society representatives and corporate leaders.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating the clinical component of the study along with the field staff including but not limited SAE monitoring, taking informed consent, conducting various health and economic questionnaires, resolving issues with other centres, handling study related queries with clinicians, arranging timely investigations, periodic clinic and telephonic evaluation, organizing follow up visits. Other study objectives as relevant
- Internal liaising for smooth operations
- External stakeholder management as per requirements (with participants and related persons)
- Storage and handling of data after the collection at site as per the protocol
- Travel as required.
- Any other task assigned by the PI.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Three years graduate in environmental sciences + three years of experience or PG in environmental sciences or public health.
- For engineering / IT / CS – First class four years graduate degree + three years of experience.
Desirable
- First class four years graduate degree and post graduate in environmental sciences or public health
Experience:
Essential:
- Around 03 Years of relevant experience
Desirable:
- 05 Years of Experience
