Job Description

CSF is seeking a Project Associate, Schools Governance, based out of New Delhi, to support the organization’s work around governance-level reforms suggested by the NEP 2020, namely, the establishment of the SSSA and conduct of a CCA. The Project Associate would be responsible for supporting the state teams on the various analytical and implementation challenges, while developing an overall understanding of the reforms to build salience in the overall ecosystem. It is a full-time role, and the Project Associate would report to the Project Lead, School Governance.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the organization’s vision of quality education for children through primary and secondary research about the current system and measures of change
• Supporting state teams with research material, drafting collaterals and other support as and when required
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of various education-focused projects
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Assist in the design and execution of communication strategies for SSSA and CCA
• Undertaking regular upskilling and development activities to build personal understanding

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• 0 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in the education sector, demonstrating knowledge and experience working on project management, large-scale program implementation with multiple delivery tracks, and researching and monitoring, among others
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university; a Master’s degree preferred (in education, development studies, public policy, and social sciences)
• Keen interest in the Development/Education sector
• Extensive experience in conducting research, synthesizing complex information, and crafting compelling narratives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to driving positive change in education and advocating for social impact.
• Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with team members and stakeholders.
