Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor programme implementation, providing strategic direction and leadership to implementation teams in multiple locations of UP state.
• Plan and execute work as per defined objectives of project(s).
• Understand and design research tools that help capture quantitative as well as qualitative data.
• Build relationships and develop collaboration with different stakeholders (government bodies, NGOs, CSOs) to ensure effective support.
• Design and innovate the training plans for school leaders and teachers.
• Engage, manage and communicate with all stakeholders on the project(s).
• Get coverage for reports in various journals, media houses as and when required.
• Represent Organization in state level meets, conferences and seminars.  
• Monitor district wise progress to assess the effectiveness of devise strategies to continuously learn and innovate.
• Provide support to district education office/s in order to bring the effectiveness of the program.
• Manage the overall team performance and ensure delivery of devised plans
• Provide strategic input on the on-going development of the program.
• Provide district wise progress report on a monthly basis to the Founder-Director
• Field visits to schools, blocks and districts as per the need of the program.
• Carry out Impact assessment of the project in base location and other locations of UP.
• Ensure and enhance capacity building of the team members to use a wide range of data (qualitative and quantitative) to analyse progress to goals, evaluate and increase effectiveness of the program.
• Any other tasks as required.

 Essential feature and expectation:

• 10-12 years of work experience in addition to fellowships experience if any.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Development, Social Studies, or related fields.
• Fluency in Hindi and English languages
• Job requires traveling within the territory of Uttar Pradesh mainly in Lucknow and Sitapur.
• The person should regularly and passionately engage with students, teachers and community members in a planned manner for ensuring smooth execution of the program.

Compensation: 12-15 Lakhs per Annum (Based on experience)
