Project Manager & Research Coordinator (Field Implementation)

Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager & Research Coordinator for Atmiyata to support with implementation and scale-up of the intervention.
Job Responsibilities
- Program Implementation: Oversee daily execution of the program, ensuring protocol adherence and fidelity of the intervention.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and maintain regular communication with government, non-government, and community stakeholders at the district level to ensure the smooth functioning of Atmiyata and collaborate with the public mental health system to strengthen the referral system.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyse field / project data, track quantitative indicators, and ensure regular feedback to the field team; prepare progress and funder reports.
- Problem-Solving and Crisis Management: Address implementation challenges or issues proactively, manage or resolve crisis effectively, and escalate crisis or issues to higher management in timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and external stakeholders to meet with project aims and objectives.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with the internal team, field staff, and other partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- Master’s degree in social science, Public Health or other allied fields
- 2 – 4 years field experience
- Willing to travel extensively to field locations
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at the block, district, and state levels.
- Proficient in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
Desirable
- Prior experience of working in community mental health or community health projects
- Proficient in Gujarati
