About the Organization:

National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM), established in 1988, is a non-profit organisation. NASSCOM initiated a program called '10000 Startups' in 2013. NASSCOM carries out a number of events annually, targeting startups in the Indian ecosystem so as to nurture them and help them develop into bigger organisations. NASSCOM organises the Indian Leadership Forum. They give a platform to the developing companies to network and present their product. NASSCOM hosts National, International, Regional and Flagship events.

Position: Regional Lead cum Program Manager

Summary:

A key member of the senior leadership team, s/he will have independent responsibility for all programs of NASSCOM Foundation in respective regions. S/He will be managing senior stakeholder relationships in funding organizations and be overall responsible for delivery of those programs per agreed objectives & timelines. S/He will be leading project teams and also managing projects independently (depending on the project scope, size, and requirements).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, manage large scale & complex skill development/CSR programs
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with multiple delivery organizations
• Prepare & present reviews/impact assessment report of programs to funding organizations
• Develop & execute projects, programs and services that generate value for all stakeholders, own the overall responsibility for the successful execution of the program
• Supervise and monitor programs to achieve milestones within given timelines and budget
• Ensure adoption of best practices in program creation and execution
• Manage and execute programs in coordination with team or independently

Key Requirements:

• Any graduate with 15+ years of experience in managing projects/programs in the area of skill development, education, CSR or consulting
• Excellent project management, team management & stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Earlier experience of project planning and execution is must
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
