Job Description

• Conducting comprehensive Literature Review.
• Field Survey and Assist in the collection of data.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools and techniques to analyse data and generate insights.
• Collaborate with other researchers and project team members to develop research reports and presentations and contribute to the development of research methodologies and data collection strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of research project reports.
• Assist in preparing research papers and coordinating and conducting seminars/conferences/workshops.
• May be required to travel for fieldwork and coordinate with partner institutions (LBSNAA) and may need to be stationed at LBSNAA as necessary.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Ph.D./M.Phil. / /Postgraduate in a social science discipline with a minimum of 55%.
• Prior experience in research projects (desirable)
• Exposure to handling quantitative and qualitative data (essential)
• Proficiency in Stata/R/Python or other statistical packages (essential)

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel to field sites as required.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
