Job Description

OB & HRM Area, IIM Bangalore is looking to hire a Research Associate to assist with a research project including but not limited to conducting literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis in projects related to organizational psychology.

The position is ideal for those looking to gain research experience in the cross-functional perspective of People Management and Neuroscience; and are keen on pursuing a PhD.

This Research Associate will be fully integrated into the vibrant research community at IIMB.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting Literature Reviews
• Qualitative Research
• Quantitative Research
• Development of Teaching /Research materials and cases

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• MSc Psychology (Clinical or OB HRM)

 Key Skill and Ability Requirements

• Passion for Neuroscience and People Management
• Health and Well-being
• Ideally, experience as a research assistant or independent research experience related to OB (e.g. thesis, independent working paper/term paper).
• Proactive, driven, adaptable, and diligent in research work with high Emotional Intelligence.
