Job Description

• Manage field surveys and oversee & conduct accurate data collection processes.
• Analyze data using advanced statistical tools to generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with teams to develop effective research methodologies and strategies.
• Prepare and review research reports and presentations for clarity and impact.
• Organize and lead seminars, conferences, and workshops to share research findings.
• Conduct progress meetings and prepare and assist in presenting reports to ICSSR.
• Will be responsible for the overall coordination and management all the project related activities with relevant stakeholders.
• May need to travel for fieldwork and coordinate with partner institutions (LBSNAA) as required.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in data collection and statistical analysis.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel and coordinate with partner institutions.

Selection Criteria:

• Postgraduate in social science discipline ONLY (55% minimum) with NET /M.Phil./ Ph.D. and 2 years of research experience.
• Exposure to handling quantitative and qualitative data (essential)
• Proficiency in Stata/R/Python or other statistical packages (essential)

Salary

The consolidated remuneration will be Rs.47,000/- per month commensurate with the candidate’s qualification, experience and fit with the position.
