About the Organization

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) was established in 1936 and is a deemed university fully funded by the University Grants Commission, Government of India. TISS offers over 50 Master’s Degree programmes from its Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati and Hyderabad Campuses. Masters’ programmes are offered in a range of socially relevant interdisciplinary areas of Social Work, Social Sciences, Health, Management, Labour Studies and Habitat Studies. TISS is a research university with M. Phil. and Ph. D. programme and basic and applied research in a range of areas. Job Description

The candidate shall report directly to the Project Leader and Programme Associate at iCALL, and shall be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing research manuscripts for quality, clarity and originality.
• Providing detailed and constructive feedback with specific suggestions for improvement on the overall manuscript.
• Ensuring that all research outputs meet high standards of academic rigor and contribute to the field of youth mental health.
• Working closely with the project team to ensure alignment of research objectives and outcomes.
• Maintaining records of feedback and revisions, and challenges encountered during the review process.
• Collaborating with the project team to develop a comprehensive dissemination plan and support the dissemination of research outcomes through appropriate channels.

 Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Possess a full-time Master’s Degree in Clinical/Counselling Psychology from a UGC recognized University.
• Must have prior experience of carrying out research in the area of youth mental health.
• Prior experience in supervision capacity would be preferable
